Administrative Team

Kimberly was born in Montreal, Canada and has lived in the DMV area for 11 years. She worked with Dr. Wood in the past and was excited when Dr. Wood asked her to join her in building Smiles Elevated. Kim shares Dr. Wood's goal of helping patients to achieve optimal dental health and comes with extensive experience in dental practice management. For our international patients, Kim is fluent in French and Spanish. Outside of the practice, she enjoys cooking and baking, working out, listening to all genres of music and exploring new restaurants in the DC area.

Katherine was born and raised in Takoma Park and began her career in dentistry after high school, first as a dental assistant and later as an administrator. She has enjoyed every second of working in this field because she loves being able to help others and interact with so many people on a daily basis. She is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Katherine loves spending time with her family, enjoying nature and working out!

Mariella has worked in the dental field for over 5 years and has loved every minute of it. Mariella’s main focus at our office is to ensure our patients maximize their insurance benefits and walk them through every step of the treatment process. Outside of the office, Mariella loves spending time with her two daughters, and cooking. Mariella is also fluent in Spanish.
