Kimberley

Office Manager

Kimberly was born in Montreal, Canada and has lived in the DMV area for 11 years. She worked with Dr. Wood in the past and was excited when Dr. Wood asked her to join her in building Smiles Elevated. Kim shares Dr. Wood's goal of helping patients to achieve optimal dental health and comes with extensive experience in dental practice management. For our international patients, Kim is fluent in French and Spanish. Outside of the practice, she enjoys cooking and baking, working out, listening to all genres of music and exploring new restaurants in the DC area.

Katherine

Hygiene Coordinator

Katherine was born and raised in Takoma Park and began her career in dentistry after high school, first as a dental assistant and later as an administrator. She has enjoyed every second of working in this field because she loves being able to help others and interact with so many people on a daily basis. She is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Katherine loves spending time with her family, enjoying nature and working out!

Our Treatment Coordinator

Vanessa is a skilled Treatment Coordinator with years of experience in dental administration and patient care. She specializes in scheduling, insurance verification, treatment planning, and financial coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient. 

Her warm, friendly approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Whether answering questions, coordinating treatments, or assisting with financial options, Vanessa is here to help every step of the way!

When away from her desk, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends and family and is quite the dog whisperer!
